The first Round Hainan Regatta was held from March 13 to 17, 2010. The race consists of four legs and the race route is Haikou, Wenchang, Qionghai, Lingshui, Sanya. The total length is about 228 miles. It attracted 14 team and more than 160 sailors from 15 countries and areas including America, England, France, Australia, Malaysia, Japan, Hongkong, Taiwan and Macao.

COSCO Team won the champion, Sanlixing and Shenzhen Apat respectively won Second and Third Place
