The 2nd Round Hainan Regatta was held from March 20 to 26. The fleet sailed from Haikou to Sanya by way of Yangpu and Dongfang. The total length is 269 miles. 17 teams and about 220 sailors from America, Britain, Australia, Hongkong and Macao participated in the race.

The top three of the IRC class were Apat, Meili and Five Million team. And the top three of the ARCH class were Huxi, Free Island Xinzhifan and Blue Whale team.
