The 6th Aloha Cup Round Hainan Regatta started from March 21 to 28, 43 teams and 370 sailorsfrom 14 countries and areas participated in the race, including China, America, England, Scotland, New Zealand, Australia, France, Holland, Taiwan and Hong Kong, Singapore, Russia, Italy and Canada.

The organizing committee invited famous yacht designer ED Dubois to design sailboats for the race. The designer designed the RHN-Dubois50 specifically for the race, and the first three new boats have achieved amazing results in the race. Besides, the race borrowed the engine lock technology used in Volvo Ocean Race, which was the first in domestic sailing events.

Facing the strong winds and the rough sea conditions, the 12 teams all have finished the round island rally.
