Jinzhou Bay Sailing Team is a new team, organized by Jinzhou Bay Sailing Association. The skipper is Wang Qiguang, President of the Association. The crew members are all from all classes of sailing enthusiasts in Jinzhou. Although there is no proud achievement at present, but happy sailing is our aim, the ocean of stars is our direction.
